This speed program includes each phase 1-3. This 12 week program will build a foundation of movement patterns in all directions and progress to drills that will challenge and improve coordination, strength, and explosive power. 

 

Phase 1: The goal of the Phase 1 program is to develop the skills of moving and transitioning in multiple planes and patterns, and doing it explosively! This is a 5 day/week program. This program is for anyone who is just starting a change of direction or multidirectional power program. 

 

Phase 2: Phase 2 builds off of the skill development from Phase 1 and transitions to unilateral plyometric development. Speed and power drills are more difficult in terms of intensity and coordination. This is a 5 day/week program. This program is for advanced high school athletes-adult athletes who have completed Phase 1 of the program. 

 

Phase 3: Phase 3 is an advanced phase of speed and power development. Unilateral plyometrics are the focus for enhancing game speed and power. The intensity and coordination of drills is increased from Phase 2. This is a 5 day/week program. This program is for advanced high school athletes-adult athletes who have completed Phase 1 and 2 of the program.
