Program Breakdown:

  • Each week consists of 5 Speed Workouts

    • 2 Linear Speed Workouts

    • 3 Change of Direction Workouts

  • Each week consists of 4 Strength Workouts

  • Each week consists of 1 Active Recovery/Mobility Workout

  • Workouts on average are 90 minutes

Equipment needed:

  • Space to perform the speed drills

    • Up to 40yds on Linear Speed Days 

    • Up to 20yds on Change of Direction Days

    • Standard Gym Equipment

      • Barbells

      • Dumbbells

      • Squat Rack

      • Bench

      • Medicine Balls
