About the event
This unique workshop will give participants the opportunity to learn how to cue, correct, and program all aspects speed and power for the purposes of improving game speed. This will be a hands on workshop some come prepared ready to move (if you want to). Participants will be shown video breakdowns of movements and drills as well as go in depth on the mechanics of changing direction and producing explosive athletes!
Attendees will also be given the 4 Week Improving Game Speed and Power Phase 1 Program for attending!
